Services
Services begin with an audit or discovery conversation. Scope, price, timing and any applicable VAT are confirmed in your Statement of Work before work starts.
Final services VAT wording depends on the confirmed registration position.
Refunds
If a digital download cannot be accessed after payment, contact us and we will fix access or refund where appropriate. Service refunds follow the signed Statement of Work.
Data and privacy
Use the contact form only for business enquiries. Do not send secrets, passwords, sensitive personal data or raw client data.
Digital Reds is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC192845.
Merch
Merch prices include VAT, collected and remitted by Stripe as merchant of record when merch becomes available. Current products are coming soon and sample-first.
